D\u00f6nemin padi\u015fah\u0131 II. Mahmut taraf\u0131ndan \u015fairler sultan\u0131 \u00fcnvan\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1878 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rusya-Osmanl\u0131 aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan 93 harbi olarak da bilinen sava\u015fa kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, esir d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 Mehmet Dervi\u015f Efendi\u2019nin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 44 k\u0131tal\u0131k destan sava\u015f\u0131n kaybedilmesinde y\u00f6neticilerin su\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sorumlu tutuldu\u011fu \u00f6nemli bir manzum eserdir. (Bu sava\u015f sonras\u0131nda ada \u0130ngilizlere kiralan\u0131r.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren edebiyat\u0131n geni\u015f kitlelere ula\u015fmas\u0131nda gazete ve dergiler etkin bir rol \u00fcslenmi\u015flerdir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kaynaklarda \u2018Saded\u2019 ad\u0131yla ge\u00e7en 16 say\u0131 yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen fakat elde mevcut bir say\u0131s\u0131 bulunmayan gazete say\u0131lmazsa ilk gazete 1891 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan \u2018Zaman\u2019 d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>\u2018Kokonoz\u2019 (1896) ve \u2018Akbaba\u2019(1897) mizah ve yerginin ilk ve en g\u00fczel \u00f6rneklerinin verildi\u011fi gazetelerdir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bu d\u00f6nemin gazete ve dergilerinde \u015fiirleri yay\u0131mlanan Kaytazzade Naz\u0131m ve Ahmet Tevfik Efendi\u00a0 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Ahmet Tevfik Efendi\u2019nin 1897 Osmanl\u0131-Yunan sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 konu alan 99 k\u0131tal\u0131k <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--edebiyatgretmeni-twb.net\/turk_destanlari.htm\">destan<\/a>\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. (Bu destan\u0131yla A.Tevfik Efendi\u2019nin Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na girmesi yasaklan\u0131r, hakk\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm ferman\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a mutasarr\u0131f olarak g\u00f6nderilen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--edebiyatgretmeni-twb.net\/tanzimat_edebiyati.htm\">Tanzimat D\u00f6nemi T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131<\/a>\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli isimlerinden <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--edebiyatgretmeni-twb.net\/ziya_pasa.htm\">Ziya Pa\u015fa<\/a> ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderien Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk \u015eiiri\u2019ne tesiri yads\u0131namaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Kaytazzade Naz\u0131m, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--edebiyatgretmeni-twb.net\/namik_kemal.htm\">Nam\u0131k Kemal<\/a> tesirinde esreler veren \u015fairlerimizdendir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--edebiyatgretmeni-twb.net\/portal\/kibris-turk-edebiyati.html\">K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk \u015eiiri<\/a> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki edebi ak\u0131mlardan, toplumsal olaylardan etkilenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta \u00e7\u0131karalan \u2018\u0130r\u015fad, Davul, Ankebut, Vatan, Hakikat, Birlik\u2019 gibi gazete ve dergilerde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki\u00a0 Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na destek vermek, moral bozucu yay\u0131nlar\u0131n etkisini azaltmak amac\u0131yla \u015fiirler ve yaz\u0131lar yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u2018Masum Millet, Haber, Ses, Vakit gibi gazeteler yay\u0131mlan\u0131r fakat \u015fiir ad\u0131na kayda de\u011fer bir geli\u015fme olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>1940 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren yaz\u0131n hayat\u0131nda yeniden bir canlanma dikkat \u00e7ekicidir.
